This photo gallery contains photos from various holidays and activities that I wanted to share. The first page contains a set of thumbnail images that you can click on to see the larger version. Use the arrows on the top of the ”large version” page to see the next or previous photo or return back to this thumbnail page.

Most of the photos (Copyright ©2004 - EluSieN) are JPEG compressed to a reasonable size, to keep web page download times to a minimum, while still retaining a repectable resolution.

For those technically oriented:

  Most of the photos were taken using a Kodak DX6340 digital camera    http://www.kodak.com/ bought from http://www.internetcamerasdirect.co.uk/, though some of them are from photos that have been scanned in via my Epson Stylus CX3200 scanner-printer;

• I have recently bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 with a 12x zoom and image stabilizer.
• The underwater photos were taken with my new Olympus Mju 400 in its PT-016 underwater housing with 46mm UR/Pro filters attached.
• The JPEG images were downloaded onto the computer into Paint Shop Photo Album 5 (PSPA) http://www.jasc.com/;
• Paint Shop Pro v8 or v9 (PSP) was used to enhance them;
• They were then imported into NetObjects Fusion 8 (NOF) which converted them into photo albums, produced the HTML infrastructure, including the slide show, the JavaScript and the cascading style sheets (CSS);
• This web-site builder is relatively simple to use and was provided free by “1&1”, the web hosting company I use http://oneandone.co.uk/;
